OUR SERVICES
The entire process of receiving the raw materials, extrusion, weaving, printing, cutting, value adds, bailing, dispatch and sales are all performed under one roof.
EXTRUSION
We have large extruders capable of producing plastic tape based on specific width and thickness requirements. Our machines run at speeds of up to 300m per minute.
WEAVING / LOOMS
We have extensive weaving capacity that allows us to be flexible in producing dimensions and colour combinations of cloth to customer specification.
LAMINATION
We produce both standard and BOPP laminated products.
We have invested in state of the art BOPP lamination machines to expand our capacity to create vibrant and colourful bags with high quality prints.
PRINTING
Our printing capabilities allow us to print up to 10 colours on a single bag.
We print using both flexographic and gravure techniques.
CUTTING
the cutting process ensures consistency, accuracy, and efficiency, setting the foundation for the next stages of production. The team in this department operates advanced machinery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and ensuring that each bag is ready for further finishing and shipment.
FINISHING
Through our finishing department we are able to produce more than 10 million bags per month.We employ around 140 people from the local community in this department, providing them with stable employment and useful skills for their future.
